Mississippi is a U.S. leader in using data for education, workforce, and economic development.
Mississippi’s inaugural 2016 Data Summit, scheduled for Friday, Sept. 23, at the Mill Conference Center,
600 Russell Street in Starkville, Miss., will showcase the ways Mississippi leads the nation in using
data and will feature speakers including Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves, members of the Mississippi Legislature,
state agency heads, and others.
The 2016 Data Summit will highlight opportunities, organizations, and tools in the field of data analytics
for policymakers, business professionals, and leading researchers. Plan to attend this event to learn more.
The event is hosted by LifeTracks, Mississippi’s State Longitudinal Data System, and coordinated by NSPARC,
a research center at Mississippi State University.
